The rules for using UBUYBOX and working with its platform and partners.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the UBUYBOX website and platform services provided by UBUYBOX INC. (“UBUYBOX,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Separate signed licensing, subscription, confidentiality and transaction agreements govern their respective subjects and control if they conflict with these website terms.
2. What UBUYBOX provides
UBUYBOX provides a multi-industry framework for organizing opportunities, reviewing information and coordinating approved access. A BUYBOX may describe assets, estimated values, capital requirements, timelines and participation options. Public summaries are introductory. Detailed records and functions depend on eligibility, license level and applicable approval.
3. Access and participation
Creating an account, requesting access, viewing an opportunity or paying a platform fee does not itself transfer an asset, create an ownership interest, guarantee financing or establish participation rights. Participation requires the applicable written agreements and approvals. A UBUYBOX platform license does not replace any professional license or regulatory authorization required for an activity. Account users must be adults legally able to enter the applicable agreement.
4. Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use only access granted to you. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful material or disclose restricted records without authorization. Report suspected unauthorized access to contact@ubuybox.com. Access may be restricted for security, misuse, legal requirements or breach, subject to applicable contracts and law.
5. Partners and licensed operators
Licensed operators, service providers and other partners may act as independent businesses. Their roles, responsibilities and authority depend on the relevant agreement. Shared branding alone does not authorize a partner to bind UBUYBOX or create an employment, agency or joint venture relationship. Review the responsible entity, contract, fees and privacy notice before using a partner service. These terms do not remove obligations imposed on any party by law.
6. Estimates, analysis and professional advice
Valuations, projections, scores and timelines are estimates and may be incomplete or change. They do not guarantee accuracy, availability, approval, income, appreciation or returns. AI-assisted analysis requires human review and independent verification. Website information does not establish a legal, tax, financial or other professional advisory relationship. Obtain advice from qualified independent professionals before making a commitment. Actual regulated activities remain subject to applicable law regardless of a website disclaimer.
7. Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing intervals, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are those disclosed in the offer, checkout or agreement accepted for the specific service. A platform fee is not automatically an investment or a contribution to an opportunity. Visiting this website alone does not authorize a charge. Mandatory statutory rights remain in effect.
8. Content and confidentiality
UBUYBOX and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, methods and original materials. You retain rights in content you submit and authorize its processing as needed for the requested service, consistent with applicable agreements and the Privacy Policy. Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Restricted documents must be used only for their authorized purpose; submission does not by itself authorize public release.
9. Availability and responsibility
Services and opportunities may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, general website content is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. Each party remains responsible for its legal and contractual obligations. These terms do not exclude liability, warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates and contact
