Key information to review before relying on an opportunity summary, analysis or partner service.
1. Platform role
UBUYBOX INC. provides a framework for organizing opportunities, coordinating review and controlling access to information. Public content introduces potential opportunities; it does not by itself create a transaction, ownership interest or participation entitlement.
2. Estimates and risk
Asset values, equity figures, budgets, capital needs, timelines, income forecasts and analysis scores may be estimates, assumptions or unverified inputs. Actual results can differ materially. Opportunities can involve loss, illiquidity, operating costs, delays, financing risk and legal or market changes. No financial return, approval or closing is guaranteed.
3. Independent advice and due diligence
Evaluate information independently and consult qualified legal, tax, financial and industry professionals. Property condition, title, ownership, liabilities, financial statements and transaction rights require appropriate verification. Website materials are not a substitute for transaction documents or professional advice.
4. AI and automated outputs
ROS can use DigitalOcean-hosted inference for preliminary analysis and generate reports. An automated recommendation or score is not an independent appraisal, verified underwriting decision, financing approval or permission to proceed. Human review and source verification are required. A report label does not prove all records were written to Google Sheets.
5. Access and partner responsibilities
A license level or access approval defines platform permissions; it does not automatically grant every opportunity, authorize a regulated activity or make a partner an agent of UBUYBOX. Confirm the identity, authority, responsibilities and compensation of each party in the relevant agreements.
6. Fees and compensation
Platform fees and any operator, referral, affiliate or transaction compensation must be assessed from the applicable offer and agreement. Do not assume a fee buys equity or funds a particular asset. Request clarification of compensation and potential conflicts before making a commitment.
7. Data and deletion limitations
ROS uses central UBUYBOX records plus browser/server storage. Partners do not connect their personal Drive or Sheets accounts for the central-workbook workflow. 8. Public summaries and binding documents
